How is this different from ChatGPT or Gamma?

ChatGPT gives you text — you still have to format slides yourself. Gamma is great but pricing is in dollars (~₹1,500–2,500/month equivalent), and Indian context is generic. Connexolve Slides was built for Indian users from day one: ₹ pricing, lakh/crore notation, Indian companies in examples, and pricing that fits Indian salaries.

Can I edit the deck after downloading?

Yes. Every download is a fully editable .pptx file. Opens in Microsoft PowerPoint, Apple Keynote, Google Slides, or LibreOffice Impress. Edit text, swap images, change colors, rearrange slides — anything.

What languages are supported?

Currently: English with Hinglish input support — you can write your brief in any code-switched English/Hindi mix and we'll generate clean English slides. Native Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, and Kannada output coming in late 2026.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes — full refund within 7 days, no questions asked. We want you to love the product or get your money back. Single-deck purchases (pay-as-you-go) are non-refundable once generated, since the AI cost is already incurred.

How does student verification work?

Sign up with your .ac.in or .edu.in email address — we verify automatically and unlock the Student plan price. If your institution uses a different domain, email us at students@connexolve.in with proof of enrollment and we'll verify manually.

Is my data secure? Do you train on my decks?

Your inputs are processed by our SuperPower AI engine. We do not train on user data. We store your generated decks on Indian-region servers, encrypted at rest. Free plan decks are auto-deleted after 7 days. Paid plans keep your decks until you delete them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans receive prorated refunds.

What if I exceed my deck limit?

You can buy additional credits at ₹49 each (pay-as-you-go), or upgrade to a higher plan and we'll prorate the change. We never auto-upgrade or charge surprise overage fees.
